At Fairway Frenzy, we understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted from our servers, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Fairway Frenzy app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Profile page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Delete Account."
4. Read the information carefully to understand the implications of deleting your account.
5. If you wish to proceed, confirm your account deletion.
6. We'll process the deletion immediately.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your profile, including your name, nickname, and any other personal identifiers, will be permanently removed.
• All personal data, such as your messages and round history, will be deleted.
• Tournament data you created may be retained in anonymized form for other participants.

Data Retention

Fairway Frenzy retains personal data only as long as necessary for app usage purposes. For users who have not requested account deletion, data may be retained for up to 12 months after the last use of our services.
