These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fairway Frenzy mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Fairway Frenzy ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including tournament data, scores, and chat messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.
The App provides tools for organizing golf tournaments and tracking scores. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores or standings and are not responsible for disputes between participants. Tournament organizers are responsible for the rules and conduct of their events.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
